This year’s Tire Rack SCCA® Time Trials Nationals Powered by Hagerty is your chance to go fast (like, bat-out-of-hell fast) at NCM Motorsports Park. Located on the outskirts of Bowling Green, KY, NCM Motorsports Park offers 3.15-miles of glorious winding racing circuit for SCCA members to enjoy during the annual Time Trials Nationals (TTN) competition. While all past TTNs have been can’t-miss events, this year’s will be a real thriller because it falls on the eve of Halloween! So save the nightmares for Elm Street, and make sure to mark a few of these dates down so you don’t get left behind.
Time Trials Nationals takes place Oct. 24-27, 2024. Boasting three days of on-track competition, multiple scoring opportunities adding together to make a cumulative time, an all-participant party hosted by Hagerty, and a KONI Podium that wraps up the entire event, you’ll want to put this on your calendar written in the most permanent ink you can find – blood, if necessary.
The most important date before the event, though, is when registration begins: Aug. 1, 2024, at 3 p.m. CT. Registering as early as possible will allow you to stake your claim on the grid. Waiting to sign up – well, that’s a terrifying thought.

Scary, Scary Fast
A fast lap at NCM Motorsports Park puts you around the circuit in about two and a quarter minutes. In fact, here are some lap records you could choose to shoot for in October:

Did Someone Say UTCC?
We didn’t, but now that you mention it, yes, Grassroots Motorsports’s famed Ultimate Track Car Challenge (UTCC) will once again take place during the Time Trials Nationals. GRM’s UTCC drivers will compete on Thursday and Friday, with coverage of the shootout appearing in Grassroots Motorsports magazine.
Whether you’re participating in Time Trials Nationals or UTCC, you’ll all be paddocked together, rooting each other on as everyone strives to achieve their personal best.
