What’s really needed for a successful season? Tires, for one. Then brakes. Don’t forget clothes. And that’s not all.
Tires are an easy one, with Goodyear and Maxxis both offering fantastic deals for members of the Sports Car Club of America. Goodyear is offering members a 20% discount on street and trailer tires ordered through its website, with Maxxis offering 10% off its Victra RC-1 and VR-1 tires.
Brakes are equally vital to success, and so are discounts on brakes. Carbotech, EBC, G-LOC, and Porterfield all offer members of the SCCA 10% discounts, with Porterfield upping that amount to 15% for Porterfield and Hawk pads.
Need clothes? Shirts101’s SCCA discount is good for $10 off any order of $50 or more at sccagear.com, with RacerChick offering $20 off purchases of $100 or more. Goodyear Footwear is offering Club members 30% off all orders.
