As SCCA events resume around the country, several companies have vowed support for 2020 Tire Rack SCCA® Solo® Championship Tour and competitors through contingency sponsorship programs. The group of corporate partners includes auto makers, tire manufacturers, brake manufactures and other companies that make and sell motorsports-related equipment.
A full rundown of contingencies can be viewed at https://www.scca.com/pages/solo-contingency. Many opportunities require pre-registration with SCCA and/or with the sponsoring company. Details and instructions to register for each of these programs are available at the SCCA Solo contingency webpage. It is the responsibility of each competitor to make sure they are in compliance with each program for which they would like to enroll.
2020 Tire Rack SCCA Championship Tour contingency partners include:
- Hawk Performance, Official Brake Products of SCCA (Platinum – All Classes)
All Classes: 1st-$100 certificate 2nd-$75 certificate 3rd-$50 certificate
- Falken Tire (Gold - Select Classes)
Eligible Classes (5+ Starters): 1st - $200 2nd- $100 3rd- $100 4th- $100 5th- $100
- BFGoodrich Tires (Silver - Select Classes)
Eligible Classes (6+ starters): 1st- 2 tires 2nd- 1 tire
Eligible Classes (4-5 Starters): 1st– 1 tire
- Hoosier Racing Tire (Bronze - Select Classes)
Eligible Classes: 1st- 2 tires 2nd- 1 tire
- Mazda North American Operations (Bronze – All Classes)
All Classes: 1st- $250 2nd- $150 3rd- $130 4th- $120 5th- $110 6th- $100
