The Tire Rack SCCA® Shootout might be a new name this year, but the game remains the same: Be awesome and have fun on the autocross course. With the St. Louis SCCA Shootout at St. Charles Family Arena in St. Charles, MO, coming up on May 2-4, 2025, there are so many chances to be awesome and have fun – but one reason alone will be enough for you to enter this particular event.
Before we get to that, what is the Tire Rack SCCA Shootout and who’s invited?
Fast and fun, SCCA Shootouts narrow down class offerings to keep the action hopping from first runs on Saturday through Sunday’s bracket competition and podium celebrations.
Which classes are welcome at the SCCA Shootout? Street Touring®, Classic American Muscle (CAM), Xtreme Street, Club Spec Mustangs and MX-5s, and Solo Spec Coupe (SSC) offer drivers heads-up competition – but it doesn’t end there. The Ladies Index, Street Index, and Race Tire Index offer (you guessed it) indexed competition to just about every other class in SCCA’s rulebook.
All classes compete on Saturday and Sunday, with a driver’s top time from each day being added together for their class results. Once Sunday’s class competition concludes, the heart-pounding Shootout competition begins, with every class at the St. Louis SCCA Shootout having a chance to qualify for the fast-paced bracket battles.
Off course, there are Friday’s barbecue and Saturday’s pasta dinners that are included as part of your entry fee. So – party in the paddock!
