Road & Track put together a great 16 item list with tips and suggestions. They included socket set, pliers and wirecutters, torque wrench, combination wrenches, screwdrivers, mallet, work light, gloves, zip ties, multimeter, impact wrench, lubricants and cleaners, drip pan, desiccant, duct and electrical tape, and a factory service manual. To take the list to 20, we would add a floor jack and jack stands, allen wrenches, drill, and Loctite.
