With three national-level SCCA events on the calendar for this weekend, things are bound to be exciting.

The Battery Tender Mazda MX-5 Cup Presented by BFGoodrich Tires is running Rounds Seven and Eight of its championship season at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, in Ontario, Canada. John Dean, of Sebring, Florida, still holds a narrow advantage in the season-long Championship chase. Dean has not scored a win at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park since 2012, and will be looking to change that as the series heads north. The Northern Conference Majors Tour heads to GingerMan Raceway, in Southaven, Michigan, for Rounds Seven and Eight of the season. Over 160 drivers are competing at this picturesque Michigan track. In F Production, tied point leaders Michael Sturm and Michael Froh hope to establish a clear leader. Keep an eye on our coverage on SCCA.com to see who emerges on top. The Tire Rack Champ Tour moves to Packwood, Washington, for the eighth of ten events. After this weekend, that leaves just Wilmington, Ohio, and the Tire Rack SCCA National Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska. An entry of around 260 indicates an exciting weekend of Solo action is in store. Live timing will be available at sololive.scca.com.
