The Sports Car Club of America® celebrates its 81st anniversary in February. While there are no members who are also celebrating their 81st anniversary with the Club this month, there are 110 members celebrating their own milestone membership anniversaries.
In February 2025, 25 members celebrate their 25th anniversary with the Club. In that list includes members like longtime autocrossers Jonathan Clements from Southern West Virginia Region as well as New England Region’s Grant Reeve.
Celebrating 30th anniversaries this month are 21 members, one of whom is 2007 Roger Johnson Spirit of the Sport recipient and Solo Nationals Silver Circle member Darrin DiSimo from Red Hills Region.
Another 21 members are celebrating their own significant anniversary, with members like Florida Region’s road racer Buz McCall, road racer Paul Schneider and autocrosser Geoffrey Zimmer (both from Central Carolinas Region), and past SCCA Board member and Oregon Region member Jeff Zurschmeide – they’re all celebrating their 35th anniversary with the Club.
At the 40th anniversary mark this month are 20 members, which include SCCA Road Racing stalwarts like Cal Club Region’s Marc Hoover and Kansas Region’s Eric Prill (who also happens to be SCCA’s VP of Road Racing).
An impressive 18 members are celebrating their 45th anniversary with the SCCA this month, with four members at the 55th anniversary mark; but rounding out this month’s grouping of milestone anniversaries is Cal Club Region’s Ross Lowande, who is the single member celebrating his 60th anniversary with the SCCA.
