Got a Minute? Submit Your SCCA Digital Waiver Before the Season Gets Rolling

Taking a moment out of your day right now will allow quick and seamless access to #funwithcars down the road. And by “down the road,” we mean when you’re getting to an event and you’re itching to get to the fun (be it prepping your car or volunteering) but you first have to go through the registration process. So, what’s the thing that’ll only take you a minute right now and save you time at an event? Signing SCCA’s digital waiver!

What’s that you say? You signed SCCA’s digital waiver last year? Turns out, this is an annual thing, with the digital waiver expiring at the end of each calendar year. Fortunately, it’s something you can do early in the season and reap the benefits all year long.

How do you complete your digital waiver? Simple! log in to your Member Access Portal (MAP) at my.scca.com and click the “Licenses & Waivers” link under the “Online Store” tab. Next, add the “Annual Waiver Adult” to your cart, and follow along as the system walks you through the process.

Digital Annual Waivers for minors are also available, as are forms offering parental consent. Click here for full instructions for signing the Annual Waiver

The only pre-waiver prep you’ll need is to locate a digital image that meets the Annual Waiver’s requirements – namely a PNG, PDF, GIF, or TIFF image that is 3MB or smaller and clearly shows your face (no hats, sunglasses, or masks).

Go to my.SCCA.com on your smartphone, tablet, or computer to start the process. The whole thing is simple, easy, free – and is quickly accessed thanks to the helpful button below:

Digital SCCA Membership Card

There’s more at my.scca.com!

Clicking the “My Membership Card” button under the “My Profile” link of the “My Account” tab opens a digital version of your current SCCA® Membership card. This digital membership card can be saved to your smartphone as a PDF, or as a dynamically-updated shortcut on your home screen – a feature many smartphones offer through the “share” feature while clicking the green “My Membership Card” link.

Digital waivers and membership cards are good for both adults and minors.

You Don’t Have to go Digital

Digital Annual Waivers and SCCA Membership Cards are not mandatory. Both digital and physical hard cards are still accepted at registration, and those choosing not to sign the digital waiver will be able to sign a paper waiver on site. You can also submit the Annual Waiver physically, just like in the past.
