The first event of the 2014 Northwest Hillclimb Association series took place on the historic Old Freezeout Raod in Emmett Idaho. With a very early AM start, we left San Diego with the YAWSPORT Acura TL in tow for the 17.5 hour straight through journey to our destination. Freezeout marked the first of six northwest hillclmibs that we would attend over the next three months, and it was also the precursor to the NHA series events two and three the following back to back weekends in southern and central Oregon.
