Event Services & Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Golf Cart Information:

Participant-owned golf carts and pit vehicles will be covered under the event policy.  A Golf Cart/Pit Vehicle Credential Application must still be completed and turned into Registration to obtain your VIR Off-Road/Pit Vehicle permit.  

Cart Rental available through The Golf Cart Guy at https://virnow.com/experience/golf-cart-rentals/ or call (919) 465-3227. Rented carts do not require an additional VIR Off-Road/Pit Vehicle permit.

RV Services:

Motorhome services such as dump and fill are available for a fee from Matthews Sanitation including water (non-potable) delivery and sewage pumping. Driver Information has information on these services. Call (434) 572-6098.

Camping Information: 

Hog Pen Campground spaces and primitive spectator camping will be sold by VIR on-site at the event.  There is no pre-purchase option available.

Tire Service:

Hoosier - Appalachian Race Tire: Make your tire reservation at http://racetire.com/2023sccarunoffsvir/. For questions, call (865) 681-6622 or email appalachianracetire@gmail.com. Deadline for tire reservations is September 8, 2023.

Goodyear Racing: Tire pre-orders can be requested via email, phone or by completing the online order form.
