There will be no late entries or changes to your entry made at the track. Your crew – limited to six – must be listed on your entry form, only listed crew will be admitted.

All attendees must arrive during the open hours of registration to gain entry to the facility. SCCA Registration will be open at the CFR Bill Martin Center (BMC) on Thursday, from 4 pm until 7:30 pm; Friday morning from 7am until 11:00 am; Saturday morning from 7:00 am until 10:00 am and Sunday from 8:00 am until 9:30 am.

Registration for the test day will be conducted by Sebring International Raceway, and will be open from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, and from 6:00 am until noon on Thursday. Only those competitors registered to run the test day will be allowed to register and access the facility during these time periods. As a courtesy, SCCA registrars will work with Sebring personnel in SIR registration and issue SCCA weekend credentials to the test day drivers and crew members during these hours. Once checked in with SCCA credentials issued, drivers and crew members do not need to register for the weekend again. However, test day drivers will need to return to the BMC during the SCCA registration hours to pick up your tech card, event t-shirt and participate in express tech if eligible. A special area will be designated for you to pick up your tech card, with minimal waiting.

You are instructed to enter the facility through gate 4, aka Carroll Shelby Blvd. The gate 4 access road will take you to the skid pad located immediately behind the CFR-SCCA Bill Martin Center. See the attached map. Park as directed by the Paddock Marshals and walk through the gate to the BMC to register. BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR FACE COVERING! Once you complete registration, your COVID waiver as mentioned below, return to your vehicle and you will be directed to the appropriate gate to enter the track. While coming and going to the raceway after you’ve registered, you are to go directly to gate 1. If you arrive after registration closes at 10:00 am on Saturday, you will need to return when registration re-opens on Sunday morning. For the Sunday morning registration session only, you should enter the facility via gate 3. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS at gate 3!

It is imperative that your crew members arrive during the open hours of registration to get their credentials. The gate guards will not sign them in.

Tech and impound have moved to the east paddock. Please see the attached map.

Due to the pandemic, and the need for social distancing, there will not be a competitor party Saturday night. However, boxed meals will be available for pick up at the Sebring Legends Building at approximately 5 pm.

For those who did not get their credentials during test day, the SCCA registration line will form at the juncture of the sidewalk leading to the BMC and the roadway in front of the building. Attendees should approach the next available window, one at a time. Please don’t crowd the window and maintain social distancing while in line.

After completing registration, go to the back of the BMC to sign a COVID-19 release and have your temperature taken.

At registration, you can either bring your own pen, or the registrar will provide you with one. Sign the waivers, keep the pen, get your armband, take your tech card and proceed to the back of the building for your COVID-19 screening and express tech. Once you’ve done all that, proceed back to your vehicle and into the raceway as directed.

Drinking water – community coolers will NOT be provided. When coming to the grid, bring a bottle of water with you. If impounded, please instruct your crew to bring you water in impound.

Race Hero is a free app, Race Monitor is by paid subscription. Go to the App Store on your phone and search by name Race Hero or Race Monitor.
