• Camping Information:

  If you are camping in a tent or RV, outside of your paddock space, you will need to sign up for a dry, primitive camping spot in the event registration form.
  Participant primitive, dry camping will be located in Lot 7 on the Northside of IMS property, outside Oval Turns 3 & 4.

       There are a limited number of RV sites with hookups available inside the speedway.  Reservations will be handled through IMS beginning July 14 by emailing tickets@brickyard.com.

       The following RV parks are located directly across from Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the west side of Georgetown Rd.

• Golf Cart Information: 

  Participant - owned golf carts and pit vehicles will be covered under the event policy but will require a completed Pit Vehicle Pass Agreement, available free of charge at SCCA Event Registration.  You will be required to sign the IMS Golf Cart Release & Waiver at SCCA Registration in order to receive your permit.
  Rented Golf Carts   - Complete this Rental Agreement or Contact Darren Tucker @Willandale Golf Cart Sales - (330)663-3824.

• Motor Home Services:

  RV services, including fresh water and pumping, will be available for a fee through Service Sanitation. Call (800) 909-5646 to schedule services. RV Pumpout is $50 and RV Water fill is $60.  Service may be paid with a credit card over the phone or cash on delivery. Provide your name and cell phone number. Need to be present at the time of service.
