It’s already time for competitors to inspect their Hawk Brakes, organize the contents of Bravo Trailers, and get registered for the third Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA® Super Tour (HST) stop of 2025 taking place March 7-9 in Braselton, GA, at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
This three-day experience, which is part of the Summit Racing Equipment SCCA Road Racing program and hosted by SCCA’s Atlanta Region, takes place once again on the venerable 2.54-mile, 12-turn, natural-terrain circuit first raced on in 1970. Site of IMSA’s season-ending Petit Le Mans, SCCA has quite a history at the track as well because it is where the Club’s National Championship Runoffs® took place for two dozen years straight.
Lots of memorable moments have emerged from the Georgia circuit surrounded by red clay, and you certainly don’t want to miss out on what develops at this year’s HST gathering. So stock up on Sunoco race fuel now and click the link below to get registered as a driver or volunteer today.

The HST Plan for Georgia
As many as 23 different car classes will be competing across eight run groups at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. On-track activity begins at 8:05 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, March 7, with 25-minute qualifying for everyone, followed by a second 25-minute qualifying session for the first five run groups.
Saturday morning, March 8, opens with 25-minute qualifying for the three remaining run groups. Then starting at 9:50 a.m. local time, drivers are off and running with 25-minute contests for each race group. Sunday will then see nothing but wheel-to-wheel competition, with 35-minute or 19-lap events starting at 8:05 a.m. After those races, top-three finishers in each class get handed a commemorative bottle of Mazza Vineyards sparkling wine.
There will be no shortage of challengers seeking podium positions at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. For instance, Spec Racer® Ford Gen3 looks to have a solid group of more than 30 entrants ready to roll. That field includes heavy hitters such as Bobby Sak, Robeson Clay Russell, and Brian Schofield. Spec Miata and Spec MX-5 are well subscribed, too, with nearly 20 entrants apiece.
Some fun will be had as well in the Production classes. H Production (HP) will have more than a dozen entrants. Among those are reigning Runoffs® Champion Jesse Prather in the No. 34 JPM/Sunoco/Carbotech/Hoosier/Amsoil Mazda 2, and reigning HP Hoosier Super Tour Nationwide Points Champion Steve Sargis in the No. 18 Carbotech Triumph Spitfire. The F Production race also features reigning Runoffs and Hoosier Super Tour Nationwide Points Champion Mason Workman in the No. 52 Hoosier/Planet Miata/Carbotech Mazda Miata.
Super Touring® Under (STU) is also filled with intrigue. David Fiorelli, reigning STU Hoosier Super Tour Nationwide Points Champion, is in the field driving the No. 190 Ford Mustang, as is reigning Super Touring® Lite Runoffs Champ Jose Osiris Peña in the No. 199 Mas Race Team Honda CRX. Those are two great drivers with a history of success, and the matchup will be incredible to watch.
