On episode 159 of Inside the SCCA, podcast host Brian Bielanski connects with road racer Calvin Stewart. In 2023, Calvin won his second SCCA National Championship Runoffs® gold medal in Formula 600. In 2015, when the class was called Formula 500, Calvin claimed his first Runoffs win, was the recipient of SCCA’s Kimberly Cup Most Improved Driver Award, and was presented with the Road Racing Drivers Club (RRDC) Mark Donohue Award. His performance through the years, doubled with his 2023 Runoffs win, earned him SCCA’s 2023 President’s Cup. This interview was done prior to his latest Runoffs win and award.
