The adrenaline rush you experience in the various Summit Racing Equipment SCCA Road Racing series is payment enough for the hard work and dedication you put into the sport – but that doesn’t mean there aren’t other forms of payment readily available for your on-track exploits. Whether you’re competing in Hoosier Racing Tire SCCA Super Tours, U.S. Majors Tours, or Divisional and Regional race events, there are plenty of SCCA partners looking to monetarily congratulate you for your performance. The first step is to register for their contingency programs, then it’s up to you to get out there and race.
More than a dozen top-tier partners, including tire manufacturers, brake suppliers, car companies, and retail outlets have signed on for the full 2023 season, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to benefit.
A full rundown of contingency offerings can be found on the SCCA Contingency webpage. Many contingency opportunities require pre-registration with SCCA and/or with the sponsoring company. Details and instructions to register for each of these programs are available on the same page, and it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re in compliance with each program for which you enroll.
Programs can be added throughout the year, so don’t assume the move is to sign up just once and forget about it – you could be missing out if you don’t check back often.
