TOPEKA, Kan. (April 13, 2018) – Four significant partners, covering the car, tire and brake categories, have already committed contingency support to competitors in the 2018 Tire Rack CAM Challenge Powered by SCCA®. Each company will reward top finishers at each event on the national schedule with product, cash or credit.
A full rundown of contingency offerings can be found at https://www.scca.com/pages/solo-contingency. Many contingency opportunities require pre-registration. Details and instructions to register for each of these programs are available at the SCCA contingency webpage. It is the responsibility of each competitor to make sure they are in compliance with each program for which they would like to enroll.
2018 Tire Rack CAM Challenge contingency programs include:
- Hawk Performance, Official Brake Products of SCCA (All Classes)
Challenge only: 1st- $100 certificate
- Bridgestone (All Classes)
Challenge only: 1st- $200 2nd- $150 3rd- $100
- BFGoodrich (All Classes)
Challenge only: 1st- 2 tires
- Solo Performance Specialties (All Classes)
All Classes: 1st- $100 certificate 2nd- $75 certificate 3rd- $50 certificate 4th- $40 certificate 5th- $30 certificate
Challenge Winner: 1st- $150 certificate
