January has been a busy month for Solo and the SCCA in general. From the National convention, new Hall of Fame inductees, registration policies and updates, we have a lot of preperation going on that has been building up in the off-season. Here are some of the top stories that you might have missed...

• Five new inductees into the SCCA Hall of Fame, including Roger Penske and perhaps the most accomplished racer to start out in Solo: Randy Pobst
• Rules rules rules... February Solo FasTrack was released!
• Are you a Soloist looking to take the next step in motorsports and get on track? Track Night in America is back!
• The Wendi Allen Scholarship Fund is looking for 2016 nominations! Purpose: To provide assistance to young women that show promise of developing into outstanding Solo drivers AND contributing supporters of the SCCA Solo program. Nominations are due by February 22 and will be announced by the Dixie Tour. Nominations shold be sent to Velma Boreen.

• The SEB has approved 986 Porsche Boxster, 986 Porsche Boxster S and the 987.1 Porsche Cayman / Boxster base models for STU effective immediately.
