Tune-In to the 2015 Tire Rack New Jersey ProSolo!

Official Event Supps

One week before the New Jersey / Meadowlands ProSolo, the local region, Northern New Super Street Prepared will have local favorite, Mike Lane, who just eats up the Meadowlands Jersey, held a regular solo event as a warm up to the first East Coast Pro of 2015. The event had 173 entrants, proving just how important it was to practice and warm up.

Some ran out of their normal class, like PJ Corrales in the old Mike Shields DSP BMW now owned by Chris Dressler. Dressler will be going up against John Vitamvas as the lights drop down the tree. PJ will be back in Panda (Version 4), going up against his co-driver David White in Street Modified (SM).

The Jersey region's Pro Class was a preview of Super Stock R (as well as many other classes), with Grant Reeve leading the way over the other Corvette competitors. GJ Dickson, the three time Super Stock Champ, will keep Reeve in check while A Stock R refugees, Tony Savini, Jeff Jacobs, Matt Murray, Mark and Lisa Valero fill out the 14 entry class.

Randy Petschuaer made a "guest appearance" at the warm-up, and opted to run a Honda S2000CR in STR instead of his old Porsche GT3. Mark Dudek took the win so he’ll be looking to enjoy the momentum heading into this weekend. STR is the largest class with 25 entrants as of this writing. In regular Super Stock, Pat Salerno drove David Newman’s 2005 Corvette to take advantage of the Street Tire set up.

New York's Jake Namer will look to win Super Street Modified in his RX7 over stalwerts Long Island's Rich Wayne and Ohio's Mark Andy (at the wheel of Martin Valent's MR-2).

Probably one of the best classes to watch and a preview of the Pro Solo Finale (and Nationals), will be the L1 (Ladies 1) class. The talent goes deep with Shelly Monfort (coming in from California), Rachel Baker, Denise Kugler and Stephanie Reeve duking it out to make the Challenge.

In L2 (Ladies 2), Elizabeth Flanagan, one of the newest recipients or the Wendi Allen Scholarship Award, will go up against Kandy Johnson, and Becca Nell.

Rounding out L3 (Ladies 3), will be Heidi Ellison, Tory Benya, and Dawn Ammirata.

Not to overlook C Street Prepared, but the "Davis Boys" will be in town to try and rule the roost in the shadow of the Metlife Stadium.

Super Street Prepared will have local favorite, Mike Lane who just eats up the Meadowlands surface in his Z06 looking to stay ahead of Virginia's Rod McGeorge.

One last class to watch will be A Street. You can look and see a gaggle of S2000s until you see the #27 entry, Mark Daddio in his 2007 Z06 Corvette. I suspect it will be another Master Class given by Mr. Daddio in how to autocross and win.

Don't forget the Yankees are in town for a four day stand against the Baltimore Orioles so plan your access to the site accordingly.
