In a shocker, Tommy Milner puts the No. 21 Rahal Letterman Racing Aston Martin DB9 on pole, the first for Aston Martin in World Challenge competition. Making up for his poor start at New Jersey, second-starting Davis rockets his Mustang into the lead as the start lights go out. While Milner attempts to run down Davis, Eric Currans No. 30 Whelen Engineering Chevrolet Corvette is marching through the field, eventually catching Andy Pilgrims No. 8 Remington Shaving & Grooming Cadillac CTS-V. Then theres Randy Pobst, who must finish the race in the No. 1 K-PAX Racing Porsche 911 GT3 to win the 2008 Drivers Championship.
