SCCA Names Reece White to Public Relations Post

TOPEKA, Kan. (Feb. 16, 2010) €“ Sports Car Club of America, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Reece White to the position of public relations manager. White comes to SCCA with nine seasons of motorsports public relations experience. In addition to sanctioning body experience with both SCCA and Grand-Am, he has worked at a number of tracks that support SCCA Pro and Club Racing, including Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and, most recently, New Jersey Motorsports Park. €œThe opportunity to join the SCCA staff was one that I couldn€™t pass up,€ White said. €œDuring my career, SCCA Pro races have been among the most exciting to watch, and I€™m looking forward to getting more involved in the Club side of SCCA.€ White will manage the public relations efforts for such SCCA Pro Racing series as the World Challenge Championships, Playboy Mazda MX-5 Cup and Trans-Am Series, as well as SCCA€™s Club Racing, Solo and Rally programs.
