Directions:

From Austin/San Antonio  Heading west on Hwy 21, exit Hwy 47/College
Station.  Approx. .25 mile, take first right(look for sign) in to
Texas A&M Riverside Annex.

From I45-Heading east on Hwy 21, drive through Bryan and follow signs
for Hwy 47.  Once on Hwy 47, go approx. .25 mile, take first
right(look for sign)in to Texas A&M Riverside Annex

From Houston-From Hwy 6, exit Business 6/Texas Ave.  Turn left at
Harvey Mitchell Pkwy/FM 2818. Continue towards airport, exit FM
60/University Drive.  Head west, exit Hwy 47 and proceed until you see
sign for Texas A&M Riverside Annex(left exit)

The entry cap for this event is 325- This cap does not include Formula Junior drivers.
Entry fee for this event is $110 for adults and $60 for Junior classes.

Overnight camping is NOT allowed

7:30 – 9 am                     Test and Tune course set-up
8 – 3 am                          General event set up    
8:30 – 9:30am                 Evo Advantage* Drivers Meeting/Tech
9:45  – 11 am                  Evo Advantage Instructional course runs
10:30 am – 3:00 pm        Test & Tune Tech Inspection
11- 3 pm                          Test N Tune (ticket sales end at 2 pm)
11 – 12 pm                      Evo Advantage Test N Tune priority grid line
3 – 7  pm                         Registration Check-in*, Event Tech Inspection
4 pm – 7 pm                    Course open for walking
7:15 pm                           Chiefs Meeting

*No new entries or class changes after 7 pm

Saturday
6:30 am                           Site Opens
7 – 8 am                          Late Check-in/Tech**
8:25 am                           Course closed for walking
8:30 am                           Drivers Meeting
8:45 am                           Heat 1 to grid, Worker check-in
9:15 am                           First car off
6-7:30pm                         Course open for walking

Trophy presentation 30 min after completion of runs
