2017 SCCA Runoffs at Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Will there be RV water and sanitation services available at the Runoffs?

INDY PORTABLES will provide RV water and sanitation services at the Runoffs for a fee - RV Pump out $45.  Call 317-849-6200 for additional information. 

Will there be showers at the Runoffs?

There are 1-2 showers in the center restrooms in each of the Gasoline Alley Garage buildings. There will also be portable showers located in the camping/free auxiliary paddock area in Lot 7.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are permitted in the outside lots only, including the camping areas north of Oval turns 3 & 4 and the auxillary paddock gravel lot outside of Oval turn 4. IMS has a strict NO PETS policy inside the Speedway. Owners are required to keep their pets on a leash and clean up after them. Indianapolis Motor Speedway and SCCA reserve the right to remove pets and owners who do not comply with the track regulations. Unruly or dangerous animals are not allowed at any time. You are responsible for the actions of your animal.

Who do I contact to rent a golf cart?

Participant-owned golf carts and pit vehicles will not require additional insurance and will be covered under the event policy.  A Golf Cart/Pit Vehicle Credential Application must still be completed and turned into Registration to obtain your pit vehicle permit.  

Participants renting a golf cart from Salopek must provide proof of insurance or purchase an event insurance policy.  This Certificate of Insurance must be turned into registration along with a completed Golf Cart Credential Application to obtain your pit vehicle permit. You may purchase this additional policy through K & K Insurance.  

The total cost is $60 per cart plus a $10 enrollment fee per insured for this event only and for liability only.

Below you will find the two items that you need to complete and return to K&K to purchase the golf cart liability for the event.

1. Enrollment Form – for the Golf Cart Risk Purchasing Group to be return to kraig.hopkins@kandkinsurance.com & kelsey.closson@kandkinsurance.com

2. Payment Form – to be faxed to 260-459-5502 or you may call in payment to 260-459-5719. Please do not email it back as we cannot process it via email.

 Once you have sent these two documents back to K&K as directed above a certificate of insurance will be sent to your email and Salopek. Please note it will take at least one business day to process everything and will only be processed on week days.

Please bring two copies of your certificate of insurance for both SCCA  and Salopek.

How do I qualify for the Runoffs by replacing 1 Majors Tour event weekend with 2 regional event weekends (2x2 path)?

Submit results from 2 regional race weekends to runoffs@scca.com.  If your regional results are not submitted, your Runoffs entry may not be accepted.
